This is supposed to work. Now, is not working. Do something different, man. Again, it's why he is not a D1 head coach or a D1 coach. And here's another thing.

You continue to see the same Trends in the same people, it's in his Putting them in a position to do good things or you you're not looking at them and saying, okay, well, we're failing at execution here and you're not drilling enough in practice, where they learn it to the point where they can execute it.
